Khaberni - Egyptian artist Sherine Abdel Wahab is preparing to resume her artistic activity during the upcoming period after temporarily stepping away from the music scene and deciding to postpone the release of her new album, in what has been described as a break to rearrange her priorities.
According to local media reports, music producer Toma revealed that work on Sherine's album is currently halted, with plans to resume art sessions after the Eid al-Fitr season, in preparation for finalizing the preparations for the project.
Sherine has already started preparing for a new music album expected to be released in the winter season, collaborating with prominent names including poet Tamer Hussein, composer Aziz El Shafei, music producer Toma, and composers Madian and Ahmed Ibrahim, in a return that is expected to bring a different artistic touch.

In the same context, producer Walid Mansour expressed his full support for Sherine Abdel Wahab, confirming that she represents the genuine voice of Egypt and described her as "Umm Kulthum of the New Generation," pointing out that the audience greatly misses her artistic presence.
He explained that Sherine is currently taking what he described as a "warrior's rest," assuring that her upcoming return will be surprising and strong, calling for her support and urging not to impose additional pressures on her, given her rare talent that is hard to replicate.
Meanwhile, Lebanese artist Ramy Ayach revealed the background of an experience he previously had with Sherine Abdel Wahab, describing it as one of the most challenging stations in his artistic career. He noted that a media meeting between them was one of the most confusing experiences for him, believing that managing artistic dialogues requires balance and experience in dealing with the psyches of guests.
In his speech, Ayach emphasized that any conflicts or misunderstandings in the art world can be overcome through direct communication, away from public escalation, while at the same time expressing his respect for Sherine's artistic career and her significant standing among the Arab audience.
