Scandal in Australia Teacher Sexually Assaults Students

Khaberni  - Australian authorities have charged a married music teacher with multiple sexual offenses against children following an investigation conducted by the police in Western Australia.

In detail, Naomi Ticky Craig, aged 33, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with sexually assaulting a male student.

Following a thorough investigation, Craig was charged with two counts of sexual assault on children aged between 13 and 16. She also faces charges of possessing materials for child exploitation, and engaging in ongoing sexual conduct with a child under sixteen.

Police revealed that these crimes occurred in the city of "Mandurah" – about 70 kilometers south of the state capital, Perth, between 2024 and 2025. At the time of the crimes, Craig was working as a music teacher at "Frederick Irwin Anglican School" in Meadow Springs.

Craig had started working at this private co-educational school in 2024, having previously worked as a private music teacher.

Tracy Gray, the school principal, confirmed the arrest incident in a message sent to parents and guardians on Tuesday, which read: "I regret to inform you that a teacher from our school has been arrested by the police and charged with crimes against children, involving no current students."

The message added: "The teacher has been instructed not to attend school. The information available to the school indicates that there is no need to worry about any other children at the school, and the safety and well-being of your child and all students remain our highest priority."
