Khaberni - The Spanish star Lameen Jamal revealed special feelings he experienced during his visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi, confirming that the place gives its visitors a deep sense of peace and tranquility, regardless of their religious affiliations.
Recently, the Barcelona star was in the Emirates on the back of attending the "Globe Soccer" awards, and stayed a few days there for a short holiday, during which he visited Sheikh Zayed Mosque dressed in a Jalabiya and Arabic attire.
Jamal commented on this experience in statements carried by the Catalan newspaper "Sport": "I really enjoyed it, it was a quiet moment in the trip with my family and friends."
He added: "Going to the mosque makes you feel at peace, whatever your religion, just being there gives you tranquility."
The international Spanish player of Moroccan descent concluded: "Being a Muslim gave me a great sense of comfort, the spiritual atmosphere in the mosque has an effect on the soul and brings you peace."
