Khaberni - Media reports revealed that Liverpool Football Club is preparing a historic farewell for the Egyptian international star Mohamed Salah following the announcement of his readiness to participate before the end of the current season.
In an official statement, Liverpool wrote: "Liverpool Football Club confirms that Mohamed Salah is expected to be ready to participate again before the end of this season.
It added: "It has been confirmed that the injury that led to his withdrawal is a minor muscle injury."
According to the British newspaper "The Times", Liverpool will hold a historic farewell for Mohamed Salah during the last match to be held at Anfield in the English Premier League.
It reported that although Salah's chances of playing against Manchester United are considered very slim, Liverpool will play at home against Chelsea and will make a trip to Aston Villa before concluding the season at home against Brentford.
It explained that there was a prevailing opinion assuming Liverpool's qualification for the Champions League that Salah, even if he remained injured in the hamstrings, would enter the field for five minutes at the end of the last match against Brentford to greet the fans.
It pointed to the intense competitiveness of Mohamed Salah, which should never be forgotten about the Egyptian player, describing him as having a strong desire to always remain competitive and he would not be happy being on the bench or receiving playing minutes out of the fans' emotional desire; if he is on the field, he wants to be effective.
Salah will leave Liverpool at the end of the season after reaching an agreement with the club allowing him to leave for free in the summer.
Although Mohamed Salah did not deliver a satisfactory performance this season, Coach Arne Slot's team suffered a decline in defending the English Premier League title, finding itself competing for a Champions League qualification 12 months after winning the league title.
