What additions eliminate the benefits of coffee Discover the secret

Khaberni - A recent medical study revealed that adding sugar or milk to coffee could negate its health benefits, including its ability to reduce the risk of early death.

The Journal of Nutrition explained that researchers studied data from more than 46,000 adults in the United States over 20 years, finding that drinking two to three cups a day of plain coffee was linked to lower overall death rates, especially when consumed as black coffee or with very minimal additions of sugar or saturated fats.

However, the results showed that any increase in the amount of sugar, milk, or cream completely nullifies these benefits, confirming that the method of preparing coffee and its accompanying additions play a crucial role in its health impact.

Researchers indicate that coffee itself can help protect the heart and blood vessels, but overuse of additives in the healthy drink turns it into a factor that reduces its protective effects.
