9 Foods You Can Enjoy Without Fear of Weight Gain

Khaberni - Counting calories accurately and measuring food portions painstakingly are among the greatest challenges in the weight loss journey.

However, nutrition experts have suggested a smart solution involving a selection of foods that combine satiety and nutritional value with low calories, allowing for reasonable consumption without negatively impacting weight.

This classification of foods results from extensive scientific analysis conducted by the platform "Gravity Transformation" specializing in metabolic research and weight loss.

Here are nine foods that won't cause weight gain, no matter how much you eat:

Eggs

Eggs are exceptionally high in protein content, making them very filling. Additionally, protein speeds up metabolism. This means that "not all the calories from eggs are absorbed because a large part of them is burned during the digestion process," as explained by fat loss experts.

Salmon

Experts recommend avoiding farmed salmon, as it contains much more fat than its wild counterpart. Fat loss experts suggest that wild salmon is indeed excellent for weight management because it is "rich in protein, very filling, and contains half the fat found in farmed salmon".

Salsa

Salsa is a Mexican-origin dip/sauce primarily made from chopped fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro, and lime (lemon), with added spices like cumin and salt.

According to "Healthline", a typical serving of salsa, about two tablespoons, contains on average less than 10 calories. Thus, you can add it liberally to your favorite dishes without worrying about portion control. Additionally, the capsaicin in spicy peppers can increase your body’s fat-burning capability, aiding in weight loss.

Pickles

Pickles are great to eat in large amounts because they are naturally low in fat and calories, making them a smart choice for anyone monitoring their intake. They also provide small but valuable amounts of essential vitamins and minerals. However, health experts warn that they are high in sodium.

Health experts advise: "If you are someone who does not consume a lot of processed foods, fast food, or store-bought foods, or if you follow an extremely low-salt diet, then eating pickles daily can be acceptable".

Chicken breast

Chicken is a primary source of lean protein, offering high protein content per serving while remaining low in fat, making it a staple in many healthy diets. According to "Healthline", a "100 gram serving of chicken breast provides 165 calories, 31 grams of protein, and 3.6 grams of fat. This means that about 80% of the calories in chicken breast come from protein, and 20% come from fat".

Watermelon

According to "Healthline", "Watermelon is mostly made up of water (91%) and carbohydrates (7.6%). It provides neither protein nor fat and is very low in calories". According to experts, 100 grams of watermelon equal only 30 calories.

Mushrooms

Mushrooms make the list of foods that you can eat without gaining weight. This is due to their low calorie count, while being rich in vitamins and nutrients.

Bell peppers

Just like mushrooms, bell peppers are low in calories but packed with nutrients that support metabolic processes and the immune system. According to nutrition experts, a medium-sized bell pepper, about 120 grams, contains only 30 to 40 calories.

Experts say: "Bell peppers, thanks to their fiber and water content, help enhance satiety - the feeling of fullness after eating. They increase the volume of meals without significantly raising calorie intake, making them ideal for large, low-calorie dishes".

Popcorn

Popcorn is surprisingly a low-calorie snack. It does not only provide fiber, but it also contains antioxidants that support circulation and help digestion. However, the American Heart Association warns: "Movie theatre popcorn is very different from home-made popcorn, which can contain up to 1090 calories and 2650 mg of sodium per bowl". It added: "When air-popped and lightly seasoned, popcorn can be an efficiently healthy snack".
