Im Not Sad About Your Son Shams AlBaroudi Responds to a Shocking Accusation

Khaberni - The name of the retired actress Shams Al-Baroudi has dominated social media discussions in the past few hours after many questions were raised about her way of expressing her feelings of sadness, and one follower accused her of being less sad about her son.

The incident began when a follower asked Shams Al-Baroudi through her official Facebook account, wondering why she always describes her late husband Hassan Youssef as "my love, my soulmate, and my life partner", while she refers to her late son "Abdullah" in a less intimate way, considering that her grief for her son's death seems lighter compared to her grief for her husband.

The follower added: "I feel that your son's departure was lighter on you than your husband's departure, as you always talk about your husband much more than your son."

In response, Shams Al-Baroudi addressed this query expressing deep pain, saying: "Have you ever experienced losing a piece of your heart? My boy is a piece of my heart, a pain only known to God, I really do not know what to say to you."

The retired actress had gone through two severe trials in recent years, as she lost her son Abdullah in July 2023, and then lost her husband, the great artist Hassan Youssef in October 2024, after a long love story and marriage that lasted until his death.
