Khaberni - Koura District Governor Bilal Al-Rafayeh said that the emergency room in the district dealt with all the comments it received during the last depression that affected the kingdom.
Al-Rafayeh added that most of the comments dealt with by the district's administration during the last depression were about rising water levels in streets, and were addressed immediately.
Al-Rafayeh noted that one of the modest families' houses suffered a partial fall of plaster, resulting in the evacuation of the residents immediately, their relocation to a rented house, provision of heating facilities, and necessary assistance, with the district's Directorate of Social Development conducting a social study of the family to proceed with house maintenance.
Al-Rafayeh pointed out that a part of the road from Deir Abi Saeed to Al-Aghwar Al-Shamaliyyah suffered a collapse, which was addressed by the competent authorities, and cement barriers were installed, indicating that the road is open to traffic.
Al-Rafayeh emphasized the concerted efforts of all governmental agencies in the Koura district emergency room, where all comments are addressed immediately, urging citizens to report to the district's emergency room in case of any emergency.
