Khaberni – The curtain was drawn on Wednesday evening on the group stage competitions of the 35th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations football tournament 2025, currently held in Morocco, which continues until January 18th.
Four matches took place on Wednesday evening, as part of the third and final round of the group stage for groups five and six.
Algeria defeated Equatorial Guinea with a score of (3-1), while Burkina Faso won against Sudan (2-0), in the competitions of group five.
Also, the teams of Ivory Coast and Cameroon won against the teams of Gabon (3-2) and Mozambique (2-1) respectively, in the competitions of group six.
The teams qualified to the Round of 16:
