The Israeli Mossad directed a statement to the Iranian protesters through its official account on the "X" platform, saying: "... history shows that regimes do not fall because they are convinced. Rather, they fall when fear breaks, when people refuse to give up their future, and when generations decide that freedom is worth enduring unimaginable suffering and the ultimate sacrifice".
It continued: "The people of Israel stand beside the people of Iran. We hope and believe that you will see the other side of this moment. Freedom is never granted. It is seized... Go out to the streets together. The time has come. We are with you".
He added in a statement broadcast by the Israeli Army Radio in Hebrew: "Not just from afar or by words, but we are also with you on the ground".

On Tuesday, Iran witnessed an expansion of the protest movement against the cost of living and the deteriorating economic situation, as students from at least ten universities joined the demonstrations, while the Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian called for listening to the "legitimate demands" of the protesters.
