The occupation continues its violations and launches new raids on southern Gaza

Khaberni - The Israeli occupation army launched new raids on areas in the Gaza Strip today, Wednesday, continuing its breaches of the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on October 10th.

Palestinian sources reported that Israeli raids targeted areas east of Al-Maghazi camp in central Gaza and the city of Rafah in the southern part of the Strip.

The sources added that the occupation army demolished buildings within its areas of deployment northwest of the city of Rafah.

Meanwhile, the Nasser Medical Complex reported a Palestinian was injured by Israeli drone fire outside the occupation's deployment areas in Bani Suheila east of Khan Younis.

Yesterday, Tuesday, two girls were martyred and a number of other Palestinians were injured by Israeli army bullets and due to the effects of the war on the Strip.

The occupation army also carried out 7 demolition operations in its deployment areas north of the city of Rafah and another east of the city of Gaza.

It should be noted that the targeting of civilians in Gaza continues concurrently with the worsening plight of the displaced amid a weather depression affecting the Strip.

The Israeli army still controls the southern and eastern strips of the Strip, in addition to large parts of northern Gaza, continuing to occupy about 60% of the area of the Strip.

Since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 10th, the Israeli army has committed hundreds of breaches, resulting in the martyrdom of at least 418 Palestinians and injuring 1141 others, according to data from the Gaza Government Media Office.

On October 7, 2023, Israel began a genocide in Gaza that lasted two years, with the death toll exceeding 71,000 martyrs and 171,000 injured Palestinians, alongside massive destruction affecting 90% of the civilian infrastructure, with the UN estimating the reconstruction costs at about 70 billion dollars.
