Khaberni - The Public Security Directorate renewed its warnings to citizens due to the expected weather conditions in the coming days, due to the kingdom being affected by a weather depression accompanied by rain and severe winds which may bring thunder and hail, potentially leading to the formation of flash floods in some areas according to weather bulletins issued by the relevant authorities.
The Directorate urged citizens to take precautions and to stay away from low-lying areas and valleys to avoid the risk of flash floods, and emphasized the importance of driving cautiously on the roads to avoid sliding, and securing loose objects.
The Directorate stressed the need for safe use of heating devices, monitoring children, and ventilating homes regularly, and turning them off before sleeping.
The Directorate confirmed that it is fully prepared to handle any emergencies, urging everyone to follow weather updates and adhere to the guidelines to ensure public safety.
