Khaberni - The Cabinet, in its session held this morning, Tuesday, chaired by Prime Minister Jafar Hassan, decided to cease the enforcement of previous decisions that mandated the necessary termination of the services of employees who have served 30 years or more, or whose number of contributions reached360 or more in social security, effective from today.
The decision aims to achieve a balance between organizing the governmental apparatus and controlling expenditures, and between maintaining human cadres and expertise in government departments as justified by need, enhancing administrative flexibility in organizing human resources according to actual needs.
The decision reinstates the authority to the relevant authority - as previously practiced – to terminate the services of employees who have reached30 years or more, or whose number of contributions reached360 contributions or more in social security, based on the needs of the department or institution.
