Astronomical and Record Gold Prices in Jordan

Khaberni - Gold prices continued their craziness in the Jordanian local market this Tuesday morning, recording an unprecedented historic leap, as the price of 21-karat gold gram broke the ninety dinar barrier for the first time, increasing by 1.40 dinars compared to yesterday's price.

According to the daily pricing issued by the General Union of Owners of Jewelry Trade and Craft Shops, the selling price of a 21-karat gold gram, the most traded in the kingdom, soared to a new record figure of 90.50 dinars, while its buying price reached 86.80 dinars.

As for other carats, the selling price of a 24-karat gold gram continued its rocketing rise, recording 103.200 dinars, and its buying price was 100.000 dinars. Likewise, the selling price of an 18-karat gram jumped over the eighty dinar barrier to reach 80.200 dinars, with a buying price of 74.100 dinars. The selling price of a 14-karat gram reached 62.500 dinars, and its buying price was 56.000 dinars.
