Khaberni  - Dr. Khaled Al-Bakkar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Professional Training Corporation/Minister of Labor, confirmed that the foundation continuously works on developing training programs to meet the accelerating requirements of the labor market, in addition to developing a training environment to make it more attractive to Jordanian youth, both male and female, accompanied by the development of the infrastructure of the institution’s institutes and training centers in all provinces of the kingdom.

The minister emphasized during his visit today, Monday, to the Ain Al-Basha Vocational Training Institute, accompanied by the Acting Director General of the Vocational Training Corporation, engineer Ra'afat Al-Sawafeen, on the importance of empowering youth with the skills and abilities required for each sector, because the value of wages that job seekers obtain increases as much as the person possesses relevant skills for the job opportunity they have obtained.

For his part, engineer Ra'afat Al-Sawafeen, the Acting Director General of the Vocational Training Corporation, confirmed that the institution operates according to a comprehensive plan to develop training programs and update the infrastructure of its institutes, ensuring the provision of quality training that meets the requirements of the job market and enhances the readiness of trainees to engage in it.
