Khaberni - The Oman Union team won over Ashrafieh team with a score of 96 – 53, in a match they played at Al-Hassan Hall on Saturday, part of the CFI Premium Basketball League 2025.
Omani Union dominated the match proceedings from the beginning, thanks to organized team play and offensive effectiveness, alongside defensive discipline, which enabled them to widen the gap and decisively win the match.
On the other hand, Ashrafieh team tried to close the gap, but the advantage remained in favor of Omani Union until the final whistle.
Bashari Youth Overcomes Al-Wehdat in the Opening Match
Earlier on Saturday, the Bashari Youth team secured a valuable win against Al-Wehdat, scoring 80 – 75, during the first round of the CFI Basketball League, in a match held at Al-Hassan Hall.
The match was marked by strong competitiveness and rivalry, as both teams alternately controlled the flow of the game, before Bashari Youth clinched the victory in the final moments, benefiting from their defensive focus and exploiting offensive opportunities.
