A 5-year-old child died, on Saturday evening, while tampering with his father's gun, in the Al-Mustabah area in Jerash Governorate, according to a security source.
The source said that the child's body was transported to Prince Hussein Government Hospital.
He noted that the firearm was seized and investigations into the incident have commenced.
