Khaberni - Dr. Khaled Khreis, the director of the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts, visited the College of Engineering and Design at the Middle East University, accompanied by a team from the museum.
The visit program included a scientific lecture presented by Dr. Khreis titled: "The Role of Museums in Building Cognitive and Cultural Awareness among University Students", during which he discussed the educational and cultural role of museum institutions in developing critical thinking and artistic taste among university students.
The visit also featured displays and explanations of the artworks that accompanied the visiting team, clarifying their aesthetic and cognitive dimensions, providing the students with an opportunity to explore specialized artistic experiences, and contributing to integrating the academic aspect with practical application in the fields of art and design.
This visit is part of the efforts of the Middle East University to enhance cultural and knowledge partnerships, and to provide an interactive educational environment that contributes to developing students' skills and refining their knowledge.
