Khaberni - The Operations Directorate in the Israeli Army has reaffirmed the safety guidelines for the soldiers - whether they are in service or not - who are abroad, following the bloody attack that occurred during the Hanukkah celebrations at Bondi Beach in Sydney last Sunday.
In a message published by "The Times of Israel", the Operations Directorate warns the soldiers against disclosing their military identity, avoiding discussions about the Israeli Army in general and secretive matters in particular, enhancing their personal security vigilance, and leaving no digital trace while being abroad.
The message added: "In light of the rise in antisemitic incidents and recent events within the Jewish community, vigilance in public places should be intensified, and people should stay away from demonstrations either supporting or opposing Israel".
