Hamdallah scores his first international goal in 11 years

Khaberni - Moroccan Abderrazak Hamdallah scored his first international goal in more than 11 years after he netted the third goal for his national team against the UAE, his previous goal was before the semi-final match of the Arab Cup 2025 in a friendly match against Benin in November 2014.

Playing for Saudi club Al-Shabab, Hamdallah scored the third Moroccan goal against the UAE, ensuring "The Atlas Lions" reached the final of the Arab Cup for the third time in their history, awaiting the winner from the match between Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

Hamdallah's last goal before the UAE match was scored against Benin during a friendly match held in November 2014 when he was playing for the Chinese team Guangzhou.

After that, Abderrazak (34 years old) played 15 international matches with Morocco including friendly matches, as well as the 2022 World Cup and the ongoing Arab Cup, but he did not score.

The Moroccan player scored 8 international goals in 27 matches he played with the national team starting in February 2012.
