Her husband brutally beat her to death The family of the Monufia bride reveals new details

Khaberni - The Monufia bride believed that the white wedding dress marked the beginning of a safe life, not the end of a short story filled with fear and pain. It had only been 4 months since her marriage, and she spent her last hours in a house that was supposed to be her refuge, before laughter turned into muffled screams and her frail body received beatings without mercy. Her family, with broken hearts, reveals the details of her last moments, searching for a justice that heals a wound that will never mend, and rights for a daughter who passed away while dreaming of a life she was never granted.

Details of the Monufia bride's murder
The bride's mother recounts waking up to the nightmare of her daughter's murder, rushing to the village of Meet Berah, and upon seeing her daughter, found signs of beating all over her face and body. Unable to contain herself, she cried, then accompanied her daughter to Shbin el-Kom Teaching Hospital to present her to the forensic doctor.

The grieving mother insists that she personally washed her daughter to witness the shocking scenes on her daughter’s body, who had not yet turned twenty, saying, "He took pleasure in torturing and beating her to death.. it's impossible that he's a human like us." During her presence at the public prosecutor's office, she was surprised to find that her daughter's mother-in-law had filed a report on the same day of the incident to conceal her son’s crime.

Inside the beating of the Monufia bride since her marriage
Mohamed Saqr, the father of the Monufia bride, explains that his daughter was beaten twice during her short marriage and he insisted on her divorce until some locals intervened, especially after learning that his daughter was in her third month of pregnancy. He recounts that her husband had sworn to him during their engagement to be a good support for her, but he could not have anticipated that his initial joy would turn into a horrifying nightmare.

The father of the bride stresses that he will not feel happiness until he sees the execution of his daughter’s murderer and the grandchild who never saw the light of day, expressing his confidence in the fair Egyptian judiciary that will successfully retrieve his daughter’s rights, particularly after the public prosecutor transferred the case to the criminal court of Shbin el-Kom, after it became apparent that the husband had intentionally killed her, coupled with a crime of abortion.
