Khaberni - The Egyptian artist Tarek El Amir has faced a severe health crisis, as he has fallen into a complete coma and is currently lying in the intensive care unit of an Egyptian hospital.
A source close to the artist Tarek El Amir told "Alarabiya.net" and "Alhadath.net" that the health crisis was due to a failure in the heart arteries, as he previously suffered from heart problems unknowingly.
The source added that he felt severe pain and lost consciousness recently, which necessitated his transfer to one of the private hospitals in Cairo. He underwent medical tests that confirmed a cardiac arrest, and the medical team tried to resuscitate him quickly.
The source explained that the condition of the artist Tarek El Amir significantly worsened, as his heart stopped three consecutive times, one of which lasted for more than 15 minutes before he was resuscitated. Currently, he has fully regained consciousness and has been placed on artificial respiration devices in the intensive care unit of one of the private hospitals in Cairo.
It is worth noting that Tarek El Amir is an Egyptian actor and author, born in Cairo in 1965, who began his artistic career in the 1990s, and played secondary roles in cinema and television. Among his notable roles is the character of the officer "Hani," the love advisor in the movie "El-Li Ba’aly Balak" with the artist Mohamed Saad, which was released in 2003.
He also participated in the movie "Asal Eswed" with Ahmed Helmy playing the role of "Abdel Monsef", married on paper, which was released in 2010, and the role of Masad in the movie "Okal", in addition to other works. He has authored movies including "Katkout", "Matb Sina'y", and "El Hob Keda".
