Khaberni - Egyptian artist Ahmed El Awadi leads the Ramadan 2026 drama race through his series "Ali Clay", which belongs to the popular drama he is used to presenting, and through it achieves high viewership rates that enhance his strong presence in the Egyptian and Arab drama scene.
El Awadi attributed the success of the work to public support, saying that what the series achieves is "a blessing from God then people's love", praising the followers' interaction with its events.
In exclusive statements to "Erem News", El Awadi explained that the series' strengths return to the integration of several factors, most notably the dramatic script written by Mahmoud Hamdan, the directorial vision of director Mohamed Abdel Salam, alongside the exceptional performance of the team, which directly reflected on the success of the experience.
Return of Tarek El-Desouky
El Awadi noted that Tarek El-Desouky's participation in the series represents an important addition, pointing out that he has been a fan of his works since childhood, and his return to drama through this work is a distinctive step.
He also commented on Diaa Abdel Khaleq's displeasure due to his absence from the promotional posters, confirming that he is a great and talented actor, and that the character "Great Teacher" he presented has received significant interaction and accolades, urging him to celebrate the success of his role.
Criticisms by Rahma Mohsen
Regarding the criticisms that targeted folk singer Rahma Mohsen in her first acting experience, El Awadi clarified that differing opinions are natural, affirming that she is a successful singer, and that he is pleased with her performance in the series. He also mentioned that the promotional song for the work achieved million views within a few days of its release.
In concluding his speech, El Awadi revealed his upcoming projects, where he is preparing for a new series titled "The Professor", preparations and shooting of which will begin after Ramadan, in addition to continuing the shooting of his new movie "Samson and Delilah" soon.
