The Constitutional Court Dismisses an Appeal Challenging the Constitutionality of a Clause from the Civil Retirement Law

Khaberni - The Constitutional Court decided to dismiss an appeal challenging the constitutionality of paragraph (b) of Article (32) of the Civil Retirement Law No. 34 of 1959 and its amendments due to its lack of connection to the case in a manner consistent with the constitution and law.

The Court, according to its decision issued yesterday, Tuesday, ruled not to accept the appeal challenging the constitutionality of Article (32/b) of the Civil Retirement Law No. (34) of 1959 and its amendments, because of the Constitutional Court's lack of connection to the case in a manner consistent with the constitution and the law, based on the fact that the court of the subject had distanced itself from examining the seriousness of the challenge of unconstitutionality, in accordance with established jurisprudence and Constitutional judiciary.
