Khaberni - The total for the campaign to reduce reckless driving on its second day reached 9 violations and 32 reports, according to the Traffic Department.
The Traffic Department urges people to report any observations of drifting or reckless driving through the department's dedicated hotline (0770999030), assuring that reports will be handled with complete confidentiality and necessary legal actions will be taken.
The Traffic Department earlier stated that its patrols had managed to catch 7 violations related to drifting and reckless driving over the past 24 hours, noting that the vehicles were impounded and legal and administrative actions were taken against the violators.
The Traffic Department emphasized that it examines all reports to take appropriate actions against the perpetrators.
The Traffic Department affirmed that the security and traffic campaign against drifting and show-off driving continues and will not stop until it is completely eradicated, aiming to protect the community from reckless behaviors that endanger the lives of others.
