Khaberni - The head of Doctors Without Borders, Jawed Abdel Monem, confirmed on Monday that conditions for medics and patients in Gaza remain unchanged despite the fragile truce that has been in effect for about two months in the area.
Abdel Monem, speaking about the conditions of the medical teams working in Gaza's hospitals, said that the situation "remains very difficult as it always has been," adding that the care provided to patients is below the required standard, and that the aid entering the Palestinian territories is insufficient.
