Khaberni - Under the directions of Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Waidyan, President of the Arab University of Amman, and with the support of Dr. Wafa Al-Eid, Dean of the Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences, the faculty, in collaboration with the Dean of Student Affairs/ Career Guidance and Alumni Office, organized a training course titled: "Excellence in Institutional Performance: From Performance to Leadership and Sustainability", presented by Dr. Youssef Al-Jarrah and Dr. Najah Al-Atwi, faculty members of the Educational and Psychological Sciences.
The workshop focused on several topics aimed at enhancing the capacity of educational institutions to achieve sustained excellence and elevate their leadership stance in the field of education, addressing institutional performance and the importance of leadership and sustainability in enhancing institutional quality, in addition to providing faculty members the opportunity to engage with student questions and inputs, contributing to enhancing their understanding and comprehension of the concept of distinguished institutional performance.
Such workshops are held stemming from the commitment of the Faculty of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Arab University of Amman to enhance students' levels in the field of distinguished institutional performance and encourage conducting various training workshops within and outside the faculty for undergraduate and graduate students.
