Khaberni - The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated on Wednesday that Israel will send an envoy to meet with officials in Lebanon to lay the groundwork for a relationship and economic cooperation.
Israel and Lebanon reached a ceasefire agreement mediated by the United States last year, but Israel has not stopped its attacks on Hezbollah since then.
Netanyahu's office stated that the Acting Director of the National Security Council will send an envoy on his behalf.
