Khaberni - Student Jana Al Saif from Petra University secured the third place in the first edition of the "Zain" eSports Championship for universities.
The closing ceremony of the championship was sponsored by the President of the Jordanian Federation of eSports, His Highness Prince Omar bin Faisal, at the federation's headquarters in the King Hussein Business Park.
The championship witnessed the participation of one thousand and five hundred players from ten Jordanian universities, and the finalists competed in the game "EA SPORTS FC 26".
The results in the female category led to the victory of student Lydia Al Afishat from Amman Al Ahliyya University clinching the first place, and student Rowand Abu Hasna from the University of Applied Sciences securing the second place.
