Khaberni - Media reports have confirmed that the European transfer market may witness a sensational deal next summer, indicating that Manchester United has begun intensive moves, preparing for a major deal that could completely change the formation of its midfield.
The newspaper Bola, quoting the British newspaper Mirror, reported that the club's management has placed the name of Federico Valverde at the top of the priority list for next season.
It explained: "The initial moves indicate a clear desire from United to take advantage of the unstable situation of the player inside Real Madrid, after reports circulated about tensions between him and the coach Xabi Alonso, which opened the door for the possibility of thinking about leaving for the first time in years."
It added: "Sources confirm that United is preparing an offer that could reach eighty million euros in an attempt to test the position of Real Madrid, with Manchester United's management ready to go further if necessary."
On the other hand, Real Madrid continues to maintain a firm stance, believing that the real value of the player exceeds 100 million euros, especially since he represents a fundamental pillar of the team, and is linked by a long-term contract that extends until 2029.
It noted that these data complicate the negotiation, especially since the Spanish club does not seem ready to part with a player who has reached a stage of technical maturity and possesses tactical abilities that are difficult to replace.
It completed: "Although the financial aspect may not be a significant barrier for Manchester United, given the administration's desire to meet the needs of the coach Ruben Amorim, the main challenge remains in convincing Federico Valverde to leave a team that consistently competes in the Champions League and has provided him with a stable technical role for years."
