Khaberni - Today, Sunday, the national football team heightened its preparations to face the UAE team in the first round of the first phase of the Arab Cup Qatar 2025.
The national team begins its participation in the tournament at 8 PM on Wednesday, December 3, at Al Bayt Stadium, then meets Kuwait at 2 PM on Saturday, the 6th of the same month, at Ahmad bin Ali Stadium, and concludes the first round competitions with a match against Egypt at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, the 9th of the same month, at Al Bayt Stadium.
The squad list for the tournament includes (23) players: Yazid Abu Layla, Nour Bani Atiyah, Malik Shalabia, Abdullah Naseeb, Saad Al-Rousan, Saleem Obeid, Hossam Abu Dahab, Ali Hajbi, Hadi Al-Hourani, Essam Al-Samiri, Adham Al-Quraishi, Rajai Ayed, Amer Jamous, Nizar Al-Rashdan, Ibrahim Saadeh, Mohammad Abu Hasheesh, Muhannad Abu Taha, Oday Al-Fakhouri, Ahmad Arsane, Mahmoud Marzouk, Mohammad Abu Zureik, Ali Alwan, and Yazan Al-Naimat.
It is notable that the national team is participating for the tenth time in the Arab Cup, and since its first appearance in the inaugural edition in 1963 in Lebanon, Al-Nashama has become the team with the highest number of participations among the Arab teams.
