Khaberni - The civil court in Kuwait ruled that a citizen must pay about 54 thousand dinars to her ex-husband for her benefit from residing in his house for 6 years. Lawyer Nawaf Al-Wuhaib had filed the lawsuit, explaining that his client had previously gifted a part of the property to the defendant during their marital relationship, but this gift was annulled based on a judicial ruling. Al-Wuhaib added that his client asked the defendant in 2019 to vacate the property following their divorce and obtaining a ruling to annul the gift, but she refused, which forced him to evict her by coercive force.
