Khaberni - The Palestinian Foreign Ministry condemned the horrendous field execution committed by the Israeli occupation army against two Palestinian youths in the area of Jabal Abu Dhuheir near Jenin camp, in a scene that constitutes a documented and complete war crime, and a blatant violation of all international laws, conventions, norms, and humanitarian values.
In a statement issued on Thursday evening, the Ministry saw this crime as a direct extension of an official Israeli policy that is systematic and widespread, based on deliberate extrajudicial killing, and transforming Palestinian lands into an open stage for war crimes of various forms, in parallel with the ongoing crimes committed by the colonial terrorists in the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem, and the course of crime legitimization in the so-called Israeli Knesset under the occupation authority, in a blatant challenge to international norms, and continual disregard for humanitarian and international law and the rights of the Palestinian people.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry called on the international community, especially the International Security Council and international courts, to immediately act to stop the Israeli killing machine, deter the crimes, and impose urgent international protection mechanisms for the Palestinian people, including through UN peacekeeping forces, and to initiate the prosecution of the political and military leaders of the occupation responsible for these crimes, as they are war criminals who should be held accountable and prosecuted according to international law.
The Ministry affirmed that it will continue with all its strength its political, legal, and diplomatic actions at both regional and international levels, to expose these crimes, consolidate the inalienable Palestinian rights, hold the occupation state accountable along with all those who participate in these heinous crimes against our people, and ensure they do not escape punishment, safeguarding the right of the Palestinian people to life, dignity, land, vindication, and justice.
