Days after Google launched its latest AI model "Gemini 3", which promises a big leap in its capabilities for logical thinking and managing extended and multimedia-intensive tasks, the company hastened to publish a simplified guide to help users achieve the best results from the new system.

Although these instructions might not make a huge difference in outputs, they - according to Google - are sufficient to improve user experience and result accuracy, as reported by "Thomas Guide".

In this context, Google advises everyone to follow three rules when using "Gemini 3", which are:

1 - Precision and simplicity
Unlike what users were previously accustomed to with the need for long and detailed commands, Google confirms that its new model works best with "direct and clear instructions."

In recent years, "instruction engineering" has spread, where the user dictates lines one after the other to the model to achieve a specific result. However, Google says that "Gemini 3" has become smarter and more interactive, and that excessive detail can lead to complex outcomes or over-analysis.

2- Choosing the model's "personality" before starting the response
While models like "Chat GPT", and "Cloud" have moved towards offering friendly personalities and long, interactive conversations, Google says that "Gemini 3" naturally prefers to be concise and straightforward.

However, this does not mean that it cannot be changed, as the user can modify their model to be friendlier or make their conversation more social if they wish, simply by making a clear request.

This can be achieved by asking the model to, for example, "Explain this concept to me as if you are a friendly and talkative assistant," and the result will be that Gemini will turn into a warmer and more interactive version.

3- Managing the "context" properly
"Gemini 3" has a great ability to deal with large documents, databases, and lengthy texts, but the way information is organized is very important, according to Google.

Here lie the golden rules for managing context, which involve setting the context first "text, data, code...", then adding instructions or a question at the end, and using clear phrases that link the context to the question, such as "Based on the information mentioned above".

There is also another effective method, which involves sending the full text to Gemini, waiting for the system to comprehend it, then proceeding with work and asking questions.
