Khaberni - The criminal court in Kuwait today, Monday, decided to temporarily release the actress Elham Al-Fadalah, based on the request made by the artist's defense team during the session.
The court postponed the consideration of the case regarding the broadcasting of false news until the session on December 8, after Elham Al-Fadalah denied the charges against her before the judicial body.
During the session, the court listened to the recorded segment linked to the case, where Al-Fadalah confirmed that she had not published any misleading or false information, and that she is committed to the law and eager to present everything that proves her innocence from the charges directed against her.
Elham Al-Fadalah's daughter, Al-Noor, sparked a wave of sympathy by sharing an emotional message to her mother, expressing her longing for her, which made the news of the artist's release—even if temporary—receive widespread public engagement on social media.
In related news, Mariam Al-Bahr, Al-Fadalah's lawyer, denied her client had a heart attack as was rumored in recent hours, emphasizing that she is well and requested accuracy in sharing information on social media platforms.
