Sam Altman Fears Googles Sudden Interest in Artificial Intelligence

Khaberni - An internal memo at "OpenAI", which "The Information" was able to access, reveals the fear of the company’s CEO Sam Altman towards Google's accelerating interest in artificial intelligence, according to a report published by "Live Mint" tech website.

Altman also praised the capabilities of the artificial intelligence tool "Cloud" in programming, confirming that competitors of "ChatGPT" have narrowed the gap between them and the tool.

He also asked his employees to stay positive and focus on big goals, saying "We have built enough strength as a company to face competition through shipping models to other places, therefore focusing most of our research team on achieving superintelligence is crucial."

Altman's message to his employees coincides with Google's announcement of the third generation of its own artificial intelligence tool, as the company recently revealed "Gemini 3" and has integrated it into many of the products it offers.

Access to "Gemini 3" is now easier, whether through "Google Drive," the company’s own search engine, and of course, "Android."

The spread of "Gemini" in many places builds a network that enhances Google's position as one of the world’s major artificial intelligence companies, which routinely leads it to surpass "OpenAI," which relies directly on users searching for it.

Altman emphasizes that these differences between "Google" and "OpenAI" might cause some temporary economic hurdles, as Google's expedited work in the AI sector will make it difficult for any emerging competing company.
