Khaberni - The Public Prosecutor for Integrity and Anti-Corruption has decided to detain two former officials, the chairman, and one of the board members from Dimensions Jordan and UAE for Public Shareholding Investment for 15 days pending an investigation at the Marka Reform and Rehabilitation Center for felony of misusing position and wasting public shareholding company funds.
The value of the wasted funds exceeded 600,000 dinars.
The Integrity and Anti-Corruption Authority had previously referred the case file to the public prosecution to take legal action accordingly.
