Khaberni - Google has officially started testing the display of paid advertisements within the artificial intelligence mode search results, thus turning the "answer engine" into a revenue-generating product.
These results clearly appear as sponsored ads, usually coming under the search results supported by "Gemini," thereby ending the ad-free experience that users had during the initial testing phase of this smart search feature.
A representative from "Google," told "Android Headline" that the recent appearance of ads within the artificial intelligence mode in the search engine for a broader range of users is part of the tests that the company has been conducting for several months, according to a report by the website.
In other words, the company has not yet fully launched ads in the artificial intelligence mode results for all users.
The artificial intelligence mode has been available for free to all users for about a year now. This feature provides AI-generated concise summaries for complex queries.
This mode allows subscribers of the paid "Google One" package access to advanced AI models such as "Gemini 3 Pro," which includes interactive user interfaces.
So far, Google has largely avoided displaying ads in the search results of the artificial intelligence mode, seemingly ensuring a highly appealing user experience during the initial adoption phase.
