Guardiola Prepares for Return to Barcelona Luxury Mansion Reveals Details

Khaberni - Media reports revealed that Pep Guardiola, Manchester City's coach, has generated significant interest after making an offer to buy a new luxury villa in the upscale Pedralbes district of Barcelona, in a move seen as the beginning of a new personal phase following his separation from his wife Cristina Serra after a three-decade-long relationship.

The British newspaper The Sun mentioned that the new house is located close to the mansion where the couple previously lived, which Guardiola used to stay in during his frequent visits to the city.

It explained: "The proposed villa features a modern design, spacious areas, and open views, in addition to a high degree of privacy thanks to the dense trees surrounding it".

It pointed out that the property is valued at approximately 13.5 million pounds, making it one of the most prominent upscale properties in the area.

The old house, previously shared by Guardiola and Cristina, is valued at about 8.5 million pounds and remains one of his most notable possessions in Barcelona, although the Spanish coach is seriously considering moving from it in line with the personal changes he is experiencing.

Despite the end of the marital relationship, information indicates that the divorce proceedings are proceeding calmly and amicably through a common lawyer, without significant disputes over legal or financial matters.

The newspaper added: "This comes at a time when Pep Guardiola is experiencing increasing professional pressures, amid discussions about his future with Manchester City and the possibility of his departure at the end of his contract in 2027".
