Khaberni - Egyptian media revealed details about the first night that player Ramadan Subhi spent behind bars.
Media reports stated that the security forces of the central prison in 6th of October City received player Ramadan Subhi from the transfer unit of the Giza Security Directorate, following the end of his trial session in a forgery case, which was postponed to the 25th of November (current).
It was explained: "Ramadan Subhi was directly transferred to the prison, where he spent his first night according to the procedures followed with all new inmates."
It added: "Upon his arrival, the player handed over his personal belongings to the prison’s depositary, before receiving a detailed explanation from the facility's management about the internal discipline rules and the instructions that must be adhered to, in addition to clarifying the penalties prescribed in case of violation of the regulations."
The Giza Criminal Court, the 30th circuit, reviewed the case held at the Shubra El-Kheima criminal court amid strict security measures, and during the session, the accusations faced by the four defendants were presented, which include forgery of answer sheets, tampering with attendance and exit sheets, and preparing official documents falsely to prove participation in exams and courses that were not actually held.
It indicated that with the postponement of the case, the competent authorities continue to complete investigations and prepare the necessary technical and legal documents before the next session date.
