With this result, the decision is postponed to the second leg at Giuseppe Meazza Stadium, on 22 April.
The match was of moderate quality between the two teams, and the attacks did not rise to the required level of danger, leading both sides to settle for a draw and wait for the second leg.
It should be noted that the winner of the Inter and Como clash will face the winner between Lazio and Atalanta in the Coppa Italia final.
Inter qualified for the semi-finals after defeating Torino (2-1), while Como went past Napoli on penalties after a draw (1-1).
