Khaberni - Egyptian security forces arrested a Gulf national who committed a horrific crime that shook the city of Mansoura in the Daqahliyah governorate.
The accused committed a horrific murder by slaughtering an Egyptian person, decapitating his head from his body and cutting off his penis inside a building in the city of Mansoura in the Daqahliyah governorate, due to disputes between them.
The director of Daqahliyah security received a notification from the emergency police that a body of a person in his fifties was found inside an apartment in one of the buildings on Al-Jaysh Street in Mansoura, and security personnel and ambulances immediately went to the scene.
Upon examination, it was found that the victim, named "A F N", 56 years old and residing in the city of Mansoura, was killed by knife slaughter by another person holding Gulf nationality due to disputes between them.
Preliminary investigations revealed that a dispute erupted between the two individuals and escalated to verbal altercation and then to the perpetrator committing his crime.
The public prosecution took over the investigation of the incident and transferred the corpse to the morgue of Mansoura International Hospital, to appoint a forensic doctor to determine the causes of death.
