Khaberni - The teams of the Directorate of Water of Bani Kinanah District, in collaboration with the district's administration and the security devices of Yarmouk Water Company, disconnected two violating subscriptions on transmission lines last Tuesday.
The company clarified in a statement today, Wednesday, that the field teams disconnected a residential subscription which was illegally connected to a 6-inch diameter transmission line in one of the villages of Bani Kinanah district, where connecting any residential subscription to transmission lines is prohibited according to the instructions in force.
The company confirmed that another subscription violating the instructions was disconnected, which was connected to a 12-inch diameter water transmission line to supply one of the olive presses in one of the villages.
The company stated that these actions are part of a campaign carried out by Yarmouk Water Company in Bani Kinanah District to reduce water loss and correct illegal situations with the efforts of the directorate manager and the heads of maintenance, operations, and customer services departments.
The company confirmed that investigative committees have been formed in the cases of assaults to examine the details of the violations and identify those responsible for implementing them, in preparation for taking the necessary legal actions against them.
