Khaberni - In an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and sporting competition, the Arab Amman University College of Pharmacy team was crowned with the football championship cup at the college level, which was organized by the Dean of Student Affairs with broad participation from various university colleges. This victory is the fruit of a journey filled with dedication, during which the College of Pharmacy team played a series of enjoyable matches characterized by high spirits of fair competition and enthusiasm. The players delivered an exceptional performance reflecting the spirit of one team, discipline, and high technical skill, fully affirming their right to claim the championship title.
At the end of an eventful journey filled with determination, the College of Pharmacy team managed an exciting win in the final match by penalty shootouts against the College of Information Technology team after an exciting tie in regular time. The title was secured amidst an atmosphere of enthusiasm, cooperation, and high sportsmanship. Representing Prof. Dr. Mohammad Al-Widian, President of Arab Amman University, Prof. Dr. Hossam Al-Hamd, Vice President of the University for Planning and Quality Assurance, delivered the championship cup and gold medals to the College of Pharmacy team, in the presence of the College Dean, Prof. Dr. Rana Abu Hawaish, honoring them for their distinguished performance and honorable efforts, amidst an atmosphere of joy and outstanding support from the audience who celebrated the winning team and expressed their pride in this sports achievement.
On the sidelines of the championship, student Yamen Al-Maali from the College of Pharmacy was honored with the top scorer award, due to his exceptional level and heroic performance that greatly contributed to the team's victory. The team was coached by Mr. Anas Al-Shuwaiki and included students: Mohammad Farwan, Yazan Qaderi, Yamen Al-Maali, Obada Khattab, Mohammad Duraghmeh, Mohammad Abu Zaitoun, Zaid Rashid, Qusai Ta'amri, Mahmoud Tawfiq, Mohammad Nirukh, where Mr. Al-Shuwaiki played a pivotal role in preparing the players and enhancing their physical and technical readiness, which positively reflected on the team's performance and effectively contributed to achieving this honorable sports achievement.
In this regard, Dr. Abu Hawaish congratulated the winning team and their coach, Mr. Anas Al-Shuwaiki, on this honorable achievement, expressing her pride in the students' efforts and their distinguished level in combining academic excellence with extracurricular activities, affirming that this victory reflects the spirit of cooperation within one team and the genuine affiliation to the College of Pharmacy, and the positive competition and determination to excel that characterizes the college's students.
