Khaberni - The Ministry of Labor issued 5460 deportation decisions for non-Jordanian workers following inspection visits conducted with the General Security Directorate from the beginning of the year until October 31.
The report from the Central Inspection Directorate within the ministry clarified that the highest number of deportation decisions issued was in January, totaling 1354 decisions, while the fewest were 203 decisions in October.
The report indicated that 379 non-Jordanian workers were subject to office deportation decisions during the same period, distributed as follows: 18 in January, 72 in February, 30 in March, 14 in April, 15 in May, 24 in June, 37 in July, 60 in August, 62 in September, and 47 in October.
It clarified that the number of non-Jordanian workers whose deportation was canceled during the same period reached 333 workers, while the number of workers who had their deportation canceled after paying the deportation cancellation fees was 476 workers.
It stated that the number of non-Jordanians who were released and obtained bail during the same period was 60 workers, distributed as follows: 24 in January, 14 in February, 3 in March, two in April, 5 in May, two in June, 3 in July, two in August, 3 in September, and two in October.
