Britain Plans to Ban Visas for 3 Countries

Khaberni - British Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood intends to prevent citizens of three countries from obtaining UK entry visas if their governments fail to repatriate undocumented migrants.
Three African countries, Angola, Namibia, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, will be subject to visa-related sanctions, which will prevent their tourists, dignitaries, and businesspeople from travelling to Britain if they do not show greater cooperation in the deportation of undocumented migrants, according to the British agency "PA Media".
"The Times" newspaper also mentioned that this move is inspired by measures taken by the Homeland Security Secretary in President Trump's administration, Kristi Noem.

Mahmood said that Britain adheres to the rules, stating: "When I said that there would be sanctions imposed on countries that do not repatriate criminals and undocumented migrants, I meant it."

She added that her message to foreign governments is clear, that they must accept the return of their citizens or lose the privilege of entering the UK.

Mahmood is scheduled to announce today, Monday, in a statement before the House of Commons about the rewording of Britain's asylum mechanism for individuals fleeing conflicts and disturbances.
