Mohamed Ramadan, known as "Number One", firmly responded: "You know, the smartest of your siblings, that God gives you what you wish for others, maybe even more.. there is no power or strength except through Allah."
Meanwhile, Ramadan's fans condemned the comment, stating that it was inappropriate.
Saad had an accident on Saturday morning while heading to perform at a concert in Ain Sokhna, resulting in back bruises due to the deployment of the airbag.
The head of the Musicians Syndicate, Mostafa Kamel, closely followed Saad's health situation, confirming that he is in constant communication with the artist's brother to check on his health.
The artist Amro Saad announced through his Facebook page that his brother had an accident, apologizing for the difficulty in communication and thanking everyone for their concern.
