Jordan AlBdoor orders monitoring of medication stocks and ensuring no outage

Khaberni - Today, Saturday, Minister of Health Dr. Ibrahim Al-Bdoor held an extensive meeting at the Ministry's headquarters with the directors of health directorates in the provinces, and there are 14 directorates, to discuss ways to improve the level of health services and enhance field supervision of health centers.

During the meeting attended by the Secretary-General for Administrative and Technical Affairs Dr. Ilham Khreisat, Minister Al-Bdoor directed the directors of the directorates to intensify field visits to health centers and to directly observe the quality of services provided to citizens, emphasizing the importance of rotating health staff to improve performance and increase work efficiency.

Al-Bdoor emphasized the need to inspect the infrastructure of health centers and to carry out periodic maintenance to ensure the continuity of service delivery optimally, and Al-Bdoor instructed the management of services at the ministry to fully cooperate with the health directorates in the provinces to implement maintenance plans for health center buildings and to address any technical or constructive needs urgently.

In the same context, Al-Bdoor stressed the importance of ensuring the availability of medications in health centers without interruption, directing the directors of the health directorates to order medications from the ministry's warehouses as needed and before stocks run out, to maintain continuous medication availability to citizens under any circumstances.

During the meeting, the minister listened to the main challenges faced by the health directorates, affirming the ministry's commitment to overcome obstacles and provide necessary support to enhance the readiness of the health sector and improve the level of services provided to citizens, and he requested to be supplied with reports including the needs of the directorates.
