The King and the Indonesian President Attend a Joint Military Drone Exercise in Jakarta

Khaberni - His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and the Indonesian President, Prabowo Subianto, attended a joint military drone exercise (Deep Claw) in Jakarta today, Saturday.

 

The exercise, carried out by King Abdullah II's Special Forces and their Indonesian counterparts, focused on the use of drones to support ground operations.

 

The exercise showcased advanced capabilities in using drones made in Jordan, especially FPV drones, for reconnaissance, surveillance, and precise targeting, without exposing forces to danger.

 

The aim of the exercise was to enhance military cooperation between the special forces of the two countries, develop joint operational capabilities, and increase the ability to efficiently neutralize multiple threats, while ensuring the safety of both ground and air domains.

 

The exercise was attended by Her Royal Highness Princess Salma bint Abdullah II, His Royal Highness Prince Ghazi bin Muhammad, chief advisor to His Majesty the King for religious and cultural affairs and His Majesty’s personal envoy, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Huneiti, and the Director of His Majesty the King’s Office, Engineer Alaa Batayneh.
