Khaberni - The College of Media at the Middle East University organized an introductory meeting for its new students, as part of its continuous endeavor to establish a stimulating academic environment based on creativity and leadership, and to enhance student integration into university life by acquainting them with the education and training system that distinguishes the college, in line with the rapid developments in the fields of media and communication.
During the meeting, the Dean of the College, Dr. Ramez Abu Hasira, welcomed the new students, affirming that their joining the College of Media marks the beginning of an academic and professional journey based on learning by practice. He pointed out that the college operates according to a clear strategy aimed at developing a media personality who is both aware and capable of critical thinking and creativity simultaneously, through advanced academic programs and active partnerships with local, Arab, and international media institutions.
In the same context, the faculty members, during their dialogue with the students, emphasized that the meeting constitutes an important milestone in acquainting the students with the academic and technical infrastructure that distinguishes the college, underscoring their goal to help the students discover their potentials and direct them towards professional and responsible media production, reflecting their awareness of societal issues and keeping pace with the digital transformations in the media industry.
